EST Partners is specialized in real estate transactions in Germany and acts as private equity investor and asset manager as well as in the transaction-based corporate finance advisory business. We are based in Grünwald near Munich and maintain an office in Berlin.

Together with our equity partners, we invest as an operating partner in the assets that we generally manage ourselves. In addition, we assist our clients in buying and selling of real estate characterized companies or shareholdings as well as with traditional real estate transactions.

Our services include the procurement of bank financing customized to an individual transaction. Our clients and partners include publicly traded companies as well as a number of institutional funds, family offices and owner-dominated companies. Since its establishment at the end of 2005, EST Partners has successfully handled a transaction volume of around 2 billion Euros.
